The Program

The program will consist of:

  • ICP PRODUCTS - Using CSI sections, an overview/exploration of the state-of-the-art/state-of-the-practice in specifiable chemicals and coatings across categories as varied as dry-erase, running tracks, waterproof deck coatings, and environmental remediation products (Asbestos, lead, mold)

  • FLUID-APPLIED ROOFING MATERIALS - Guest Contractor/Installer Contributor:  Eric Storey, Integrity Roofing will discuss fundamental tenets of evaluation current roof conditions, with particular attention paid to penetrations, seams, roof features, and substrate saturation to determine viability of reroof with fluid-applied membrane.  
  • APPLY MULTI-LAYER FLUID-APPLIED ROOFING SYSYEM to substrate following common specification, including prep, waterproofing, and top coat application; ensure successful application via thorough quality control assessment and continuing best practices for maintenance and recoating on specified schedule.

In order to ensure the safety of all attending:
  • All sign in and sign out at the front desk.
  • The ICP Group EHS video is shown before entering the plant.
  • Visitors are required to wear close toes shoes, safety vests, visitor badges and safety glasses while on the plant floor (available at the front desk). Please bring proper shoes.

Cole Stanton

Cole has twenty-three years as a manufacturer of coatings and chemicals in restoration and abatement industries; 21 with Fiberlock; past 2+ as new Director of education and specification for all 20+ divisions of ICP – the 10th largest chemical company in North America.  Always heavily focused on volunteering for industry development, including   

  • RIA Fire Damage Standard – CB, Contributor and Chair – Tools, Equipment and Materials
  •  IAQA Vice President; and Government Affairs IAQA and PIRC
  •  IICRC S520 Mold and S540 Biohazard Standard including Tools, Equipment, and Materials and Antimicrobials chapters chair/co-chair; and the MRS Examination development Group
  •  ASTM Lead Encapsulation Standard Subcommittee Chair
